Winda Antoine
Winda Antoine is a retired healthcare Information Technology professional. She currently serves as an Online Trainer with Bible Study Fellowship, Inc. A native of Port Arthur, Texas, she and husband Tim have been married since 1988, currently residing in Missouri City, Texas. They are blessed to have 3 children, 1 daughter- in-Christ and 2 granddaughters.
Winda’s affection for missions, mentoring and prayer ministries became clearer during the past two decades. After moving to unite with her husband at Sugar Creek Baptist Church, Winda discovered an even greater love for introducing people to Christ, teaching about identity in Him, praying with/for others, mentoring women, helping Christians with 3-Circle conversational methods of sharing the Gospel and, discipling various generations to apply Bible based principles to everyday life. God ordained travels to India, Greece and China further opened her eyes to multicultural practices and strengthened her love and embrace of people in the US and abroad.
Life enjoyments include family gatherings, local and international travels, sightseeing, walking, bicycling, reading, and watching antique restoration, old westerns, Perry Mason episodes and British Baking shows with her husband. Most of all, illuminating God’s Word and His depth of love for heartfelt life change in Christ fuels her desire to serve Him and others. One of her favorite Bible verses is Romans 10:14-15 – How, then, can they call on the One they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the One of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”
1) Before Your TPM Session
3) After Your Second TPM Session
After 6+ TPM Sessions: What’s Next?
You’ve taken meaningful steps in your healing journey—this is a great place to pause and ask what’s next. There’s no one “right” path forward; you can move at your own pace, whether that’s continued support or stepping into something more intentional.
Consider these questions:
- Am I still uncovering areas that would benefit from continued TPM sessions and receiving God’s truth?
- Am I beginning to understand the objectives behind the questions my mentor is asking?
- Do I feel curious about why certain questions are being asked during a session?
- Am I starting to recognize how the Lord is using my emotional responses to lead me into His deeper truth?
At this stage, it’s normal to notice some repetition in the process. Rather than something to be frustrated by, this can be an invitation to begin understanding what God is doing through each step—even if you’re not always consciously tracking it.
For example, you may find yourself:
- Spending more time in the Emotion Box or Solution Box
- Not always moving quickly to belief and transformation boxes.
This doesn’t mean you’re “stuck”—it may simply mean there’s more to notice, understand, or allow within those spaces.
Possible next steps:
- Continue receiving TPM sessions for ongoing support and to receive God’s truth in your life.
- Explore why certain questions are being asked—begin noticing the objectives behind the questions using the TPM Objectives Map.
TPM 101 + continued growth (2-hour Zoom Class or 101 Immersive retreat) – Everyone starts with this class as the basic foundation to training.
(This stage is about being ware of your emotions and how they can be an indicator that you need God’s perspective)
TPM 201 (6-Week Course or Self-Paced Course + Immersive Retreat)
If you are wanting to understand why behind some of the questions being asked, in your session, then this is where you continue your journey. This course helps you understand how to being doing TPM on yourself by learning the:
- Purpose of TPM
- Principles of TPM
- Process of TPM (beginning to understand)
In a more structured setting, you’ll begin to:
- Understand why certain questions are asked—not just how to respond
- Grow familiar with key parts of the process, especially:
- The Emotion Box (Noice what you are feeling and what memory you associate to)
- The Memory Box (Noice what you feel and why you feel that way)
(this is not mastery of the TPM Process, but growing a firm foundation of why this works and beginning to learn how to do it for yourself).
Join us out in Bellville, TX on our 26 acre property that is waiting for you to come and encounter God. There are multiple retreats to choose from, but we would suggest starting with a Personal Healing Retreat to start.
After 20+ TPM Sessions: What’s Next?
At this stage, many people begin shifting from primarily receiving to more actively engaging the process and even considering how they might give back.
Consider these questions:
- Am I beginning to understand how to walk through TPM more on my own?
- Do I recognize on a regular basis when my emotional reactions need God’s perspective?
- Am I growing in my ability to receive truth from the Lord consistently during sessions?
- Do I feel a desire to give back in response to how the Lord has been ministering to me?
We recommend:
- Take TPM 101, then continue into TPM 201
to deepen both understanding and personal application - Begin giving back in ministry, such as:
- Becoming an Intercessor in TPM sessions
(Take TPM 101, plus a background check and a one-hour intercessor onboarding. TPM 201 is strongly encouraged.) - Volunteering at Serenity Retreat
in a role that aligns with your gifting and availability (please register for TPM 101)
- Becoming an Intercessor in TPM sessions
Your next step may be to:
- Begin TPM 101, then continue into TPM 201
(TPM 201 is designed to help you practice and apply TPM personally) - TPM 201 is structured in two ways
- 6-Week Course over Zoom
- Self-Paced Course + Immersive Retreat in-person or Online (Immersives are held on specific dates)
