Jane Sangalis

Jane Sangalis has been involved in training and development since 1980.  Her background includes facilitating programs in management and communication skills, executive coaching, meeting facilitation, and various consulting projects.  She has presented a wide range of seminar topics to groups that vary in size, nationality, position, and industry.  She holds a BA from Indiana University and an MA from the University of Minnesota in Industrial Relations.  

In addition, Jane has held numerous leadership positions in the various organizations and churches she has been involved with around the country, from Small Group leader, Mom’s in Touch leader/facilitator, Women’s Ministry leader, Stephen Minister, Adult Education Elder, and Leadership Team developing church-wide Small Group Ministry.  She has taught a number of classes to different age/stage groups and has trained many small group leaders in teaching and facilitating skills, conflict management, and other communication skills.  

Jane has been a Kappa Trainer since 2005 and has facilitated numerous leadership training programs for various chapters and alumnae associations.  She has also been a facilitator for Kappa Leadership Academy for 7 years. 

Jane has also trained as a Spiritual Director at The Cenacle’s Spiritual Direction Institute.  In addition to taking the Christian Healing Ministries’ School for Healing Prayer programs, she is also a TPM Prayer Minister and Leader at Serenity Retreat, currently serving as Vice-Chair on their board. 

She has also served as President of Kappa Kappa Gamma Charitable Foundation of Houston and is currently serving on the Board of Governors for Bald Peak Colony Club in New Hampshire. 

She and her husband, Greg, have been married for 40 years and have two children and five grandchildren.
